4 cze 2002 · The +(J2-TRUNC(J2,0))/(24*3600) adds the fractions of a second. In general the time function seems to ignore any fraction of seconds. So you have to add it back in time(h,m,s)+fraction of second per day.

28 kwi 2017 · Rather than doing string manipulation, you can use the HOUR, MINUTE, SECOND functions to break apart the time. You can then multiply by 60*60*1000, 60*1000, and 1000 respectively to get milliseconds. Share
