4 mar 2007 · I think a small UDF would be useful where fractions of a second are required, e.g.: Function ETime(Hours As Double, Mins As Double, Secs As Double) As Double ETime = ((Secs / 60 + Mins) / 60 + Hours) / 24
When you have times in Excel that contain hundredths of a second, how can you extract seconds including any fractional part? This is a puzzling problem. Although Excel offers the SECOND function to extract seconds from a time, SECOND will round fractional seconds to the nearest whole number .
28 kwi 2017 · Rather than doing string manipulation, you can use the HOUR, MINUTE, SECOND functions to break apart the time. You can then multiply by 60*60*1000, 60*1000, and 1000 respectively to get milliseconds.
27 lis 2018 · No matter how you format or calculate it, the fraction of a second is zero. Pgc01 uses the VBA Time r function. On Windows PCs, that returns time of day as seconds truncated to 1/64 second (usually).
