14 mar 2012 · I need to display the current date on my spreadsheet, and I think the TODAY function does that. I formatted the cell as DATE and applied the function to the cell, but what is displayed is the function text =TODAY () instead of the actual date.
10 cze 2016 · I need to get a date/time that represents the current day at 6:15 AM. The TODAY() function takes care of the date, but I can't figure out how to append the time constraint to that. Usage will be in the form of: IF(SOMEDATE <= TODAY@6:15AM, DoSomething(), DoSomethingElse())
9 wrz 2016 · In time-related calculations you could use the following formula: =MOD(NOW(); 1) It returns the same value as @ChrisNeilsen's formula, but using less steps and getting the current date only once. The downside of this formula is the use of division. To display this value as time, format a cell as Time or Duration.
The NOW function is useful when you need to display the current date and time on a worksheet or calculate a value based on the current date and time, and have that value updated each time you open the worksheet.
24 paź 2018 · I am trying to use the now function to show the current time in my excel online sheet, but it is returning a time 7 hours in the past. I have checked my onedrive settings, outlook clock & PC clock and they are all set to the correct timezone so not sure how to fix this!
