9 maj 2022 · I have a spreadsheet that converts the date in one cell to a year in another. I want to pull the formula down so that it automatically shows the date in columns A and B if there is a date in column C; however, I do not want it to say 1900 on blank cells.
17 maj 2021 · I'm a novice, so bear with me. Numbered items below in green are working just fine, items in red are what I'm having issues with: L7 has formula =N7-M7. However, I want for cells in that column to be blank when N7 and/or M7 are empty.
Fixing date format 1/0/1900. Hey - Wondering why I'm getting 1/0/1900 for blank cells. I have done my normal Index Match formula that I do usually, and I've never seen this before. My usual formula is this - =IFERROR (INDEX (Target!$D:$D,MATCH (Commercial!$B4,Target!$C:$C,0)),"")
6 wrz 2005 · Column R of Sheet1 contains the formula =XLOOKUP(A2,data!$A$2:$A$100,data!$E$2:$E$100,"-") The result from a blank cell (in column E) on the data tab is "1/0/1900". I need this to display "-" in the cell if there cell on the data tab is blank.
21 cze 2018 · Try exporting the PDF file through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/convertpdf with your Adobe ID and password on a browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari and see if this brings any difference. Ideally, the date format should not change, try exporting any other excel file to PDF and check.

Remember, there are no dates prior to 1/1/1900 from Excel's perspective. This means that times stored without a date e.g. 0.50 for 12:00 PM is the equivalent of 0 Jan 1900 12:00 PM.
