7 sty 2014 · This function let's you return a desired value with the formula results in an #N/A error. In your example try: =IFERROR(A1*B1,B1) So if A1 is a value then it will calculate "A1*B1".
Error values include #DIV/0!, #N/A, #NAME?, #NULL!, #NUM!, #REF!, and #VALUE!. Convert an error to zero and use a format to hide the value. You can hide error values by converting them to a number such as 0, and then applying a conditional format that hides the value. Create an example error. Open a blank workbook, or create a new worksheet.
If you have manually entered #N/A or NA() in cells because data was missing, replace it with actual data as soon as it’s available. Until you do this, formulas that refer to these cells can’t calculate a value and will return the #N/A error instead.
