7 sty 2023 · I can say with confidence that the Apex Trigger System for the CZ P-10 is the best trigger kit available. I do not recommend replacing the factory striker for high-round count use. The P-10 factory striker and spring will last 50k rounds.
15 lip 2021 · My choices are the HBI Theta Trigger Kit or the Killer Innovations Velocity Trigger. Aesthetically I like the Velocity Trigger, and if I choose it I'll use the HBI Reduced Weight Striker Spring. I hear that the Theta trigger is good at preventing the little over travel that the P-10F has.
Trigger shoes, like the HBI Theta, don't really change the weight of the break. You'd need their reduced power striker spring kit (at the risk of light strikes), or the Overwatch Precision NP3 striker, which slightly lightens and smooths the break with no downsides.
I know a lot of folks prefer the PDP and I think it’s nice, too, but IMO the P10 trigger is significantly better, and by far the nicest striker fired stock trigger out there.
18 mar 2023 · I've got an overwatch precision kit in my F as well as an HBI -10% spring. It lightens up the trigger a bit and feels pretty good. It doesn't get as light as some other platforms but it seems perfectly reasonable for a CO gun and/or carry gun.
Looking at the most recent r/gundeals post for a P10F Competition, I don't think it's worth it. The suppressor ready P10F is $422. Barrel length is the same -ish (5.1" vs 5"), that leaves you over $200 for a trigger upgrade & other bits. P-10F stock is good to go.
Installing the Apex Trigger, Performance Disconnector and Slide Cover Plate will reduce the trigger pull to sub-4.0 lbs and provide a light, smooth take-up with linear rolling trigger break at striker release and a reduction in over-travel.
