If edwards are e2 , ltd are Esp. So, just the finishing touch and paint is made in Japan and only for the Edward with made in Japan is valid. I'd say Edwards are on par with ltd's. E2 is all made in Japan.

7 maj 2016 · Remember Edwards? Yea, ESP Shifted them back to japan and now operates it as a substitute to the local ESP Standard Market for Japan. LTD Series remains unchanged as the budget , GIO, Squire, Epiphone variant of the ESP line. There may be some mistakes to it, but in gist this is what i understood from their corporate exercise.
