Ok, if you're running into the 0xc000007b error, please download this update from Microsoft (the new Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package), then manually launch ESO64.exe. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=14632.

4 maj 2017 · So in the last 3 days or so, I have been unable to launch the game with the 64 bit version. When I click the link on my taskbar or go through the launcher it will just go to a black screen instantly with the loading mouse symbol.
3 lis 2021 · Deactivate my network adapter (to ensure no Internet Access) and start the eso64.exe unpatched without using steam (not sure if I was in offline mode at the first try) and without using the launcher and the game finally popped up again!
1 lis 2021 · I have tried restarting my PC, repairing, disabling anti-virus then repairing, clearing steam download cache, deleting addons, deleting user settings and addon settings in documents, deleting shader cache, deleting eso64.exe and repairing for all of these.
