10 lip 2022 · Just re-downloaded oblivion and every time I try and start the game it doesn't get to the launch menu. I tried going into the game files to start it but I can't get past the launcher. Any help would be appreciated.
If The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion fails to launch, go through any installed multimedia programs (DVD writing, Music players, A/V editing) and uninstall any programs that install their own codecs. Once you find the one that lets the game launch, you may then re-install the other programs once again.

The fix is that when you launch the game and see the screen with data files and options, choose to run the game in windowed mode. it will get you to the main menu with New Game and Load but in a small window.
22 lip 2023 · Found solution. You need to go to the installation folder of ESO and launch setup.exe. That will install your game and if not it will install launcher and you can install your game through that launcher.
