Faction memberships (your character's and those of the NPC) fundamentally determine who will attack you (or one another), and who will act as allies. This is accomplished via the faction disposition modifiers.
Here's a list of all the faction IDs in the game (including Tribunal and Bloodmoon; taken from the CS). These are the IDs themselves; the faction they are associated with should be self-explanatory : Hidden: Ashlanders. Blades. Camonna Tong. Census and Excise.

Factions or guilds are organizations of people with a common goal in Cyrodiil. The Hero of Kvatch can join several of these factions. Upon joining, specific tasks, known as quests can be administered by a higher-up or leading official of the faction.
Console Commands are a debugging tool available to PC players, adding a wide range of functionality to the game. The tilde key ( ~ ` ) toggles the console screen open and closed. On most English language keyboards, it sits below the Escape ( esc ) key, and just left of the 1 (one) key.
11 sie 2014 · This discussion has been closed. So I've been contributing to and following some of the threads that list out the results of quest choices, but they're spread all over, and look like they're no longer being maintained.
