Spawn on the north east corner of the map, near the "Scav lands" extraction on Reserve. 6-STEN military battery spawn in RB-ST. Spawn in repair shop. food storage shelves. Tank battery spawns in this position inside the (unlocked in photo) RB-GN room.
You can find them in the back of ultra on interchange there is a car and tank battery spawn there, this is just an option as lighthouse maybe better chance but if all hope is gone for those maps try this. The best place I found through my playthroughs was the food bunker at Reserve, the one by the Trainyard.

A military battery can be found on the ground floor of a black horse building. It can spawn on the floor in the room between the stairs and the workshop. With a small chance, scavs can bring the military battery to you via “Scav case” in the hideout when using "Fierce Hatchling" moonshine.
