Online Enrollment. Enrolling in your plan is quick and easy. If your decision to open an Equitable account is based on a personal recommendation that an Equitable Advisors made during a one-on-one counseling session with you, whether in person or by phone, then you will need to complete your enrollment with an Equitable Advisors.
An easy-to-use web-portal allows for book of business and account management, including use of pre-populated forms and a variety of other financial and non-financial transactions. This dynamic portal is coupled with a robust notification process that can be customized to individual needs.
Step 1: Connect with PlanConnect. Go to the PlanConnect® Web Site. Open your web browser and go to. www.planconnect.com.1. Click on LOG INTO YOUR ACCOUNT. The log-in window will open. Log In to Your Account. Enter your User ID. If this is the first time you’re logging in, use the default user name provided in the welcome letter.
