26 mar 2024 · I believe if you delete the LaunchPad.libs folder from your EQ2 directory (or rename it, or move it), the launcher will get redownloaded/reset. Don't know if it will fix your particular issue but worth a try.
10 cze 2017 · It seems as if there are intermittent connectivity issues when trying to connect to launchpad (and also severe delay/lag issues ingame). As far as I've understood, that won't be solved by re-installing the game.
6 cze 2005 · This is caused by SOE's Station Launcher or Launchpad which you use to update the game. If you are using the OLD launchpad you can get your correct path by right clicking the icon you use to start the game, selecting properties and checking the path that is configured there.
EQ2 is install via steam and works fine. However when I try to change the game version to the beta I get a insufficient disk space error even though I have 821Gb free. I am running into same issue on Manjaro. Hope a fix is found soon. Edit: found solution go into properties and general launch options and set: PROTON_SET_GAME_DRIVE=1 %command%

Repeating this as I think it is the issue for Most Users: The launcher just takes AGES to load. Even on a modern gaming rig with a solid-state drive, the launcher takes 1-2 minutes to load. This is just bad launcher code or a bad server setup - nothing players need to fix.
