8 gru 2023 · Each full CTA fare is $2.25 (for bus) and $2.50 (for rail), but there are ways to lessen the cost if you purchase a Ventra card or Ventra ticket (more on that below).
The CTA/PACE 7 day pass gives you access to the CTA bus routes, the L trains and to PACE routes, which is a bus line that runs out to the suburbs. There are kiosks at the airport and at the L stations where you can buy a pass.
You can buy new Ventra Cards and disposable Single-Ride or 1-Day Ventra Tickets from every Ventra Vending Machine. You can load transit value (for regular fares, deducted from your transit value balance as you ride) or passes onto Ventra Cards and contactless bankcards.
