25 mar 2020 · 1. Go to the place where you've installed launcher (usually c:\Program Files (x86)\Epic Games\) 2. Open the 'DirectXRedist' folder. 3. Inside, there will be several .cab files (those are just simple archives) 4. Open those .cab files and extract JUST the .dll files, and put the wherever you want (could be the Desktop)
18 sie 2020 · Within my son's Epic Games account he currently has a connection to his Switch. When I try to link to his new box (which is his home xbox) I want it to connect to his xbox account, but instead it connects to my xbox account and at no point does it ask which box account to link to! We have a family Microsoft account where I have 2 son's listed.

I then re-ran the installer as described in step 6 on the Epic page linked to above, which in my case is C:\Program Files (x86)\Epic Games\Launcher\Portal\Extras\EOS\EpicOnlineServices.msi and the installer ran successfully fixing the issue. Hope this helps someone.
