Your team kind of seems like a pvp team instead of a pve team. I would suggest having a healer on your team since flan isn't going to do much in your favor. It is best if you try and use a good pve tank like angelica which can also be used as a healer. Also, use arkasus instead of kazaran.
In 10-7, the main key to win this battle, is the utilization of Ludwig (NPC) provided in chapter 10, while guardian's blessing is on him. Thus, you need Arkasus. A good equipped tank is required as well (in my case, lvl40 Ras). . Clear 1/3 and advance to 2/3 (save all souls gathered).
