8 kwi 2011 · Ener-G and Bob's makes an Egg replacer that is used as a substitute in many dishes. I have not tried it in quiche specifically but it works well in other baking applications (it's not an egg substitute like Egg-Beaters, which would be another substitute).
18 gru 2012 · In a large bowl, beat egg replacer, cream, and milk with a hand mixer until foamy. Scrape sides of bowl as needed. Pour mixture into pie plate. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 375F for 35-40 minutes. Allow to set for 15-20 minutes before cutting.-Adapted from Ener-G
