Select how you want your resume to be viewed by employers. Select Resume Creation Method: Comprehensive (Build your resume) or Upload (Attach an existing Word or PDF resume).
Step 1. Access Employ Florida at EmployFlorida.com or follow the link provided in the CONNECT system. Step 2. Under the “Job Seekers” menu, select the “Reemployment Assistance” link. Step 3. Begin the Reemployment Assistance Benefit Registration process by determining if you have an Employ Florida account.

When you search for jobs on EmployFlorida, you choose search criteria: location, pay rate, experience, etc. Employers enter all of that information into the site when they create a job order.
Go to www.employflorida.com and sign up for an account as a “job seeker.” Complete Background and Skill Assessments. Use the tools in Employ Florida to upload your résumé. You must also select all of your skills in the Skills Assessment section of the registration. Visit a Career Center.
