The key provisions of Ohio’s law are found in R.C. § 5702.031 (B) (1) which provides, in part, “The legislative [zoning] authority shall not restrict the height or location of amateur station antenna structures [antenna towers] in such a way as to prevent effective amateur radio service communications.”
