I'm wanting to change my character name, however I would like to confirm somewhere or somehow if a particular name has already been taken. Are there any offical or third party sources for seeing if a name is available?
I'd say sit on your current name for a bit and if something comes to you then change to that. Try looking at the names of other Hyur npcs or other player characters as your playing and see if there's anything that you think fits.
Regardless of the Eternal Bond, your name doesn't change unless you go through with the name change process which costs extra.
