Has anyone done the emond prep course (pre-recorded videos from previous years or live seminar ~1 week before each exam)? It’s quite expensive but I’m having a hard time understanding the materials and haven’t taken most of the bar courses (criminal procedure, estates, real estate, family, tax).
The vast majority of this knowledge will be entirely unhelpful in preparation for the bar. In fact, one of my professors sternly warned students against using law school outlines to prepare for the exam, and to simply follow the bar prep course you ultimately go with.
