UNE uses Microsoft's Office365 cloud service for student email. All students are automatically set up with an Office365 account and are expected to check their UNE student emails at least once a week.
Go to https://une.okta.com/. Enter your username. Enter your password. For first-time users, this is the last 6 digits of your personal reference number (PRN) or your 6 digit birthdate ( ddmmyy ). You can obtain the last 6 digits of your PRN from an email sent to your UNE email address.
Sign in to Outlook to access your email, calendar, and contacts.
You may choose to access your student email account through either: The direct login page (http://access.myune.edu.au/); or The Webmail link on the Current Students page (listed within the Quick Links section on top-right of the page).
As part of UNE's agreement with Microsoft, staff and students are able to download and use (free of charge) Microsoft Office 365 on up to 5 devices (Mac, Windows, iPad, Android) while being an enrolled student/employed staff member at UNE.
To access Office365, log into UNE Office365 with your full email address as your username (UNEusername@myune.edu.au) and your UNE password. Select the OneDrive option from the toolbar along the side of your screen.
