  1. A plugin for ElvUI that lets you customize the position and appearance of combat text and effects on units and nameplates. Learn how to use the config, fade mode, animations and more from the guide and previews.

  2. ElvUI has a built-in option to change the font of that text. I have mine set to "ElvUI Alt-Font" on all of my characters. Just type /ec, go to "media" under the dropdown bar in the upper-right corner, and the option is at the top.

  3. In the ElvUI settings go to General>Media and there you can find how you change the font.

  4. Floating Combat Text is an ElvUI plugin that allows the placement of both floating combat text and its feedback/effect messages onto UnitFrames and Nameplates as required and defined by the player. Credits: Simpy (plugin, config, fade mode, etc) & LS- (animations).

  5. Floating Combat Text plugin for ElvUI. Contribute to kodewdle/ElvUI_FCT development by creating an account on GitHub.

  6. I personally use an add on called Miks Scrolling Battle Text. Its nice and customisable and scrolls your damage numbers around your character rather than just firing them up into the air. Worth a try if you aren't happy with default damage numbers.

  7. Blizzard Combat Text Integration: Automatically disables Blizzard’s default scrolling combat text to avoid overlapping, with an easy option to re-enable it if desired. Note: Due to World of Warcraft restrictions, healing in dungeons will only work with the default Blizzard combat text enabled.
