So I looked into alternatives, and Wago (the real ones, not the kind you can find at HD) seems to be a good alternative to twisting and nuts. It also seems like if I have to go in and replace something, or add a wire, it's easier because you can just flip the levers and don't have to cut and redo the other connections.
