This is a model educational partnership which produces the best-trained, most up-to-date electricians and telecommunications technicians in the country.
With the Houston JATC Training Program, you pay minimal tuition and you earn while you learn. As a JATC apprentice, you receive predetermined wages that increase regularly as you advance through the various levels of training, until you achieve journeyman status and salary.

Our five-year program provides a path for you to become a journeyman wireman with the IBEW, working for our valued contractor partners affiliated with the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA).
