Electronic Train Service (ETS) is the newest intercity rail service with the fastest metre gauge in Malaysia on the West Coast Line between Gemas in Negeri Sembilan and Padang Besar in Perlis. ETS Malaysia can travel as fast as 160 kilometres per hour.
KTM ETS Electric Train Services are the latest trains on KTM’s network, running at a maximum speed of 160km/h (140km/h operational speed) on electrified double track sectors between Gemas and Padang Besar.
