Five (5) of the ballot propositions were certified for the election on June 5, 2018; four were approved and one was defeated. HIGHLIGHTS. Voters defeated Proposition 6, which would have repealed the gas tax increase enacted in 2017 and required voter approval for fuel tax increases in the future.
