To fix Litany of Proper Death I propose to increase the damage it does against non-undead enemies to the same as half the potential damage of triple rings (so one hit from one ring), and make the casting speed (testing done with radagon’s icon and 13dex) faster than triple rings (1.35sec) but slower than bestial sling (0.68sec).
