Am I missing something or is Hand of Melania just by far the best weapon in the game? All the usual overturned perks of a Katana plus extra reach plus base damage/AR better than most slower, heavier weapons, plus a ridiculously OP ash of war? I get that this is gated behind by far the hardest boss but god damn. By far? HOM is terrible.
Black Knife Tiche is surprisingly durable and can stagger Melania with a lot of her moves, even knocking her over with a few of her charge attacks, on top of that she's highly mobile and can dodge a lot of Melania's attacks.
So I'm assuming you can only access this area through Ranni's questline.
