5 mar 2022 · Effigies of the Martyr (also called "Summoning Pools") are statues usually found in sub-areas to make it easier to place and find summon signs for cooperative or competitive multiplayer.
Does anyone know of any lore regarding what this statue represents? If you take a screenshot and brighten it, as the area is pretty dark, you can see the "mother" in the statue is actually missing her right arm - it's a statue of a (younger?) Malenia and her brother Miquella.
