Price doesn't matter to me because I never buy it, but if I have one I'll use it. If I have to choose between the two, I'd take the rat rig. If I had 55k (the price of the rat rig from Ragman 2) to spend on armor+rig I'd barter for the MMAC from Ragman 2. It is my preferred budget armor.
