If upgrading to a newer iPhone, you can convert your physical SIM to an eSIM or transfer your eSIM using SIM Transfer as part of the Quick Start set-up on your new iOS Device. The old and new devices must be on iOS 15.4 or above.
If you're upgrading to an iPhone 13 or above, you can even convert your physical SIM into an eSIM. Check out our iPhone help pages to see this new step in Quick Start. If you’re using another device that is compatible with eSIM you can order a replacement SIM by logging in to EE and choosing an eSIM.

Restart your device or devices. On iPhone models running iOS 18, you can download the latest version of the Apple Support app to run additional diagnostics that may help determine the source of your device’s issue. If you still can’t set up an eSIM on your iPhone, contact your network provider.
4 kwi 2023 · At the time of writing, EE supports eSIM on all iPhones from the iPhone XS onwards. That of course includes the latest models like the iPhone 14 , iPhone 14 Plus , iPhone 14 Pro , iPhone 14 Pro Max , and iPhone SE (2022) , along with many earlier models.
