Have an eSIM for EE mobile? Get support with setting up and using your eSIM with your device, as well as any questions about the product itself.
Go to Profile > Settings and permissions > Device and SIM > Replace my SIM/eSIM; call 150 from your EE phone or 0800 956 6000 from an alternative line; pick up an eSIM Pack by visiting an EE store with your ID.

4 kwi 2023 · Request an eSIM replacement pack by heading to the ‘order SIM’ page of your My EE account, or by calling 150 from your EE phone (or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone). You can also request one from an EE store (note that you’ll need ID for this).
