When you get your new eSIM you’ll need to call 150 to complete the SIM swap and then follow the eSIM set up for your device. If you’re a Business customer, please contact your mobile manager administrator or call 158.
4 kwi 2023 · Request an eSIM replacement pack by heading to the ‘order SIM’ page of your My EE account, or by calling 150 from your EE phone (or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone). You can also request one from an EE store (note that you’ll need ID for this).
