22 lut 2024 · To order your replacement eSIM pack, you can log in to the My EE app or website. Alternatively, you can visit your nearest EE retail store with some ID, or you can call EE’s customer services team on 150 (0800 956 6000 if you’re calling from another network).

Simply follow the 3 steps below to get an EE eSIM: Step 1. Order a SIM only plan, or Pay Monthly phone, with a regular plastic SIM card.

21 maj 2024 · EE eSIMs. To get an eSIM from EE as a new customer you can request one at checkout when purchasing a SIM Only plan or a compatible phone. To switch to an eSIM as an existing customer you can call 150 from your EE phone, login to your My EE account and order one from there, or head into an EE store.
