There are a few ways to get up and running with an eSIM. You'll need an internet connection to get set up. If you bought your new device from ee.co.uk and selected eSIM, turn on your new device and follow the on-screen prompts as part of set-up to download your eSIM.
Follow the instructions in your confirmation email. If you’re using the EE app, make sure you’re using the latest version. If you're upgrading to a newer iPhone model, you can convert your physical SIM to an eSIM or transfer your eSIM as part of the Quick Start set up on your new iPhone.

16 wrz 2024 · Go to Settings > Cellular and check if the number you're trying to activate is shown. If it is, turn off the line and then turn it back on again. Restart your device or devices.

If you’re using Dual SIM on iPhone, Visual Voicemail gives you access to all of your voicemails in one place. You’ll need to set it up on both your eSIM and physical line for it to work. Visual Voicemail is available if you’re using an iPhone on the latest iOS software:
