Sign in to access Tennessee's PeopleSoft system using your User ID and Password.
You can follow these steps: Navigate to https://www.edison.tn.gov. Click on “Employee Portal Login” Enter Your Access ID. Don’t Know Your Access ID? Click the Back button on your browser. Click on the Retrieve Access ID button. Complete the required fields (First Name, Last Name, Birth Date, Zip Code) Click “Submit”

Here are some of the common Edison errors and actions you can try to resolve them: You received the “There was a technical error processing your request, Please try again.” message when trying to log in. This is a random error with Edison. Try taking the correct navigation back to Edison via TN.gov>Government>State Employees>Edison.
If you are on a computer, once logged into Edison, click Self Service>Employee Work Center> Benefits Enrollment. On the Benefits Enrollment page, click Start.
If you have trouble logging in to Edison, go to the Edison home page and click on the green Annual Enrollment button.
