   23 gru 2023 · I am thinking I should buy my Edinburgh castle tickets soon as we'd like to go at 9:30. I notice I can buy a ticket that includes a 30-minute guided tour. We plan to spend 2-3 hours at the castle. We don't plan to watch the canon fire. Do you recommend doing the tour to get a good overview? The guided tour begins at 10:15.

   We thoroughly enjoyed our tour of Edinburgh Castle with Fiona. She was excellent and very knowlegeable - one of the best tour guides we have ever had - and we've had quite a few! It was a very interesting and informative tour with a few laughs on the way. Highly recommend.
