The food truck park El Camino posted a photo of said haircut with a crossed-out red circle on top.
As far as haircuts go, the Edgar Cut is probably not the worst one. From mullets to afros and now the more modern Zoomer Perm , the "Edgar" fits right into the mix as the latest hairstyle slang prominent in memes.
