16 maj 2024 · Employers are required to inform employees of the Employment Development Department’s (EDD) programs, including Unemployment Insurance, State Disability Insurance and Paid Family Leave. The EDD’s Notice to Employees (DE 1857A) was just updated in May 2024.

Claim for Paid Family Leave (PFL) Benefits (DE 2501F) - English: You must submit an original form provided by the EDD. This form cannot be downloaded or reproduced.
