Driver oil MUST be used on the installer driver tool. The tool kits are designed for use with either a suitable tap wrench or drill motor. Install the fixture plate (3), bolts (1), and bushing (2) onto the engine block deck. Position the fixture plate and bushing over the hole that is to be repaired (4).

Wheel images, radio images, engine info, etc. Well this weekend GM officially put up the dyno graphs for the 2.4L VVT ECOTEC engine across all the lines using it except the HHR so far. I've attached the following files; Solstice dyno graph. G6 dyno graph.
19 lut 2024 · The engine runs strong but the throttle hangs a lot making shifts notchy and is generally a bit slow to respond to input. It also has a very steep throttle input curve but that might be normal. In troubleshooting these codes I have tried replacing the following: - Throttle body (w/ GM 1267083)
While the 2.4L Ecotec engines are plagued with excessive carbon buildups, timing chain failures, high oil consumption, and oil leaks after covering high mileage, it is not big enough to say it is a bad engine.
