In particular this that I just saw on TV, "NutriBlade knives from Granite stone" They drag it across and whack a rock with it then skin a salmon. I know the purists will loudly howl, but for regular folks who don't spend $1000/ea, I don't think it's even possible, but what's the deal with the rock demo? Thanks
