10 wrz 2018 · For a performance pad, look at Yellowstuff, which I think is available for the .034/.036 variants. (Silver Arrow folks can step up to Orangestuff if they're really aggressive.) I have used Porterfield R4-S on multiple cars with good results, the primary drawback is the higher cost. EBC isn't cheap either though.
21 mar 2004 · I personally stopped experimenting with different brake pads brands and just install a set of EBC Ultimax (former black stuff) on every car me and my family own due to the GG rating, fast bedin, zero noise.

12 cze 2012 · I dropped my car off in the morning and collected in the afternoon with a spanking new set of Ultimax slotted discs and Yellowstuff pads. Initial thoughts were 'good bite' , may have been due in part to the new fluid as well so these are my impressions after a couple of hundred miles in them.
20 lut 2020 · The brakes on the Mini are like the GTVs not great. So I fitted the pads to all 4 corners of my newly acquired TS last month and it is better not great but better, so in my view worth it if you can't afford the Brembo solution.
1 lis 2009 · I ordered the EBC plain rotors and the Ultimax pads. Turns out the pads had an issue but EBC customer was very quick to respond. They are out of that Ultimax pad so they are sending Greenstuff instead.
