Starting March 1, 2022, the optional Subtitle listing upgrade fee will increase $0.50. The increase will apply to items with an auction start price or Buy it Now price up to $150. For auction listings, the new fee will be $1.50.
1 mar 2022 · Starting on March 1, 2022, final value fees for Store sellers will increase 0.3% in most categories. For example, sellers with a Basic and above eBay Store who sell in the Home & Garden category will see an increase from 11.7% to 12.0%, a difference of 0.3%.

8 mar 2022 · eBay's Winter Update included a fee increase across most categories that went into effect on March 1st, 2022. The main page of the update said the increase would be 0.3% for most sellers with stores and 0.35% for most sellers without stores. Final value fee increase in most categories.
To help support changes eBay is making to the marketplace that benefit all eBay users, it is increasing some final value fees. At the same time, eBay is decreasing the cost of some optional listing upgrades that give buyers more purchase options and make it easier for you to manage your listings.
