They were intending on me never getting this envelope and filing an “Item Not Received” on eBay, and since eBay just looks at tracking numbers to see if something is received or not when you file a claim, I would’ve been screwed.

The tracking last updated on December 23rd from a distribution center legitimately 30 minutes away from the eBay authentication center. There hasn’t been any tracking updates in 3 weeks and the buyer opened up a not received case yesterday.
I’ve never left a negative review on eBay and I wouldn’t leave one for this but I’m considering a neutral because if I looked at the sellers profile and I saw they don’t provide tracking numbers I would want to know before I buy from them. It’s a $120 book. The service selected comes with tracking.

Search UPAA Tracking on the web. Enter the ESUS number, wait 5 mins (it can take a while to load) and then on the right hand side of the screen will be the other tracking numbers for the item, one of them should be the CP one.
go up to my ebay in the top right and then click purchase history your item should pop up and if it is already shipped and they uploaded tracking info there should be a number you can click on.
Contrary to popular belief, there isn't an army of scammer buyers out there seeking to get free items when they see that I didn't use tracking. About 1 in 200 packages goes missing and much of the time it's a problem with the USPS.
