FYI, assuming you don't need certified GF and you have an Asian grocery nearby, look for Mama brand rice noodles in their instant noodles aisle. Some flavors contain gluten but many don't. They are a lot cheaper and cook with just hot water, no boiling needed.

I’ve made veggie-heavy stir fries, a version of Amelia Rampe’s incredible ramlet, and mushroomy soups to stave off the winter chills.

18 gru 2022 · Gluten free ramen noodles: I find these in a large value pack at Costco but you can also find the same rice ramen noodles in smaller packs online (or check the Asian foods section of your local grocery store). The ones I use are a blend of brown rice flour and millet flour.
