Paula Deen’s pumpkin pie recipe will become a Thanksgiving Day staple. Make this easy classic pie with cream cheese, canned pumpkin, eggs, butter vanilla and few more fall flavored spices.
31 lip 2023 · The Paula Deen pumpkin pie is a holiday essential. A smooth and creamy pumpkin filling is nestled in a crisp and flaky crust and kissed with whipped cream, for good measure. It doesn’t get any better. I love how the filling is flavored with cream cheese, sugar, and spices.
Line pie crust with aluminum foil, and add pie weights. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove crust from oven, and remove foil and pie weights; set crust aside. Increase oven temperature to 425°. In a medium bowl, whisk together pumpkin, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, salt, cloves, and allspice.
Pour the filling into the warm prepared pie crust and bake for 50 minutes, or until the center is set. Place the pie on a wire rack and cool to room temperature. Cut into slices and top each piece with a generous amount of whipped cream.
4 wrz 2024 · This homemade pumpkin pie made with mashed, cooked pumpkin is my family's favorite. Skip the canned pumpkin and store-bought crust and make your holiday pumpkin pie from scratch with a flaky homemade pastry crust and a deliciously spiced pumpkin filling. Hope you enjoy it as much as my family does!
Leave it to Paula to combine two holiday favorites in this pumpkin pie with pecans. This easy dessert calls for chopped pecans, vanilla, canned pumpkin, and butter. Don't forget the unbaked pie shell or whipped cream for topping.
Preheat oven to 350°. On a lightly floured surface, roll dough to a 12-inch circle, and fit into a 9-inch regular or deep-dish pie plate. Trim excess dough, fold edges under, and crimp as desired. Line dough with parchment paper, and fill with pie weights. Bake for 15 minutes.
