The City of Laguna Hills' Senior Dial-A-Taxi Program is funded by OCTA (SMP and M2 Funds) and is designed to provide door-to-door taxi service to eligible Laguna Hills residents. The current cab operator is California Yellow Cab.

The Dial-A-Taxi program also offers the option for on-demand scheduling, shared rides, and private transportation services via car or van. Riders can rest assured that the program accommodates service animals and permits the transportation of packages or bags.
29 mar 2021 · The City's Senior Dial-A-Taxi Program offers 24/7 service in Mission Viejo, Laguna Hills, Lake Forest, Laguna Woods, Rancho Santa Margarita and additional satellite destinations. Customer cost is $5 per one-way trip. Seniors can also obtain a ride to John Wayne Airport for $20.
