- Guided Tours for Individual Visitors
Start of the guided tours for individual visitors. English: 11 a.m., 1 p.m. (daily) German: 12 p.m. (daily) Tickets: 4.00 €. Length: 2.5 hours. Tickets for the guided tour are available at the information desk of the Visitors’ Center. It should be noted that space is limited to 30 persons.
You can book a place on a tour at visit.auschwitz.org, where you will find information on available dates and prices of entry passes. A tour lasts approximately 3.5 hours and it starts at Auschwitz I. The price includes a tour of the former Auschwitz I and Auschwitz II-Birkenau camps with a guide-educator, rental of a headset.
Online guided tours for individual visitors. Individual visitors can visit the Auschwitz Memorial with a guide online thanks to the "Auschwitz in Front of Your Eyes" platform. Groups are organized in three language versions, and the visits starts at a predetermined time.
On weekends (Saturday and Sunday) from April to September, the Memorial offers open guided tours for individual visitors in German and English. Our guides provide introductory information about the history of the site and accompany you through the Memorial and historic grounds of the former camp.
Outdoor areas and exhibitions. Summer (March 31 to October 26) 8:30 am to 6 pm. Winter (October 27 to March 30) 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. The memorial offers Guided Tours and Workshops. Please note: The Museum of the Soviet Special Camp is closed from 28 October 2024 to 28 November 2024.
You can book guided tours for groups and school classes by contacting the Education Department of the Dachau Memorial Site. Guided tours take about 2 hours and are available in English, German, French, Spanish, and a number of other languages. Please ask for your preferred language.
