I am having the same issue, they want me to verify its but I cant login to my old email, because of this I can't log in to my EA account on any platform..... I had to create this account to seek help.
When I signed up for my original account, I filled in the wrong email address, and this email does not belong to me, I cannot receive the login verification code. I still remember my account number and password, but I can't get a verification email and can't log in.

If you’re still not getting your codes, look for a past email from ea@e.ea.com and allow images to be displayed. Then, resend the verification email.
Hi, I can't for a long time now log into my main ea app account. Seems to be sending verification code to wrong email address. Password is correct.
Log in to that email address and find the security code email sent from us. Enter your security code in the EA Account settings verification window. Now your secondary email will get the same password reset instructions and confirmations when you reset your password as your primary email address.
So randomly, last week the email for my verification online changed to an unrecognizable email. I thought this would just be a bug and that it would fix itself but it hasn't and I'm not worried my accounts been hacked.
